A non-refundable deposit of RM 500 per person is required upon booking confirmation.
Balance payment must be completed at least 14 days before departure.
Payment methods accepted: Online transfer, bank deposit, or e-wallet (if available).
Cancellations made less than 14 working days before departure: 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, or once the tour has commenced.
Deposit is transferrable to another package if needed.
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own air tickets to/from Mulu.
Please ensure you have confirmed flight bookings before the tour.
Bring a copy of your e-ticket and reconfirm flight timings in advance.
Delays or baggage issues are the responsibility of the airline; pack essential items in your carry-on.
